All my goods are hand made in a small work shop and I am a one man band, crafting alongside a part time career. Quality takes time and I'm not one to take shortcuts when crafting, so please allow plenty of time when ordering something for a date you have in mind. If however, you have left it a little late do reach out to me and I'll do my best to help.

Delivery

Unfortunately at this point in time I am unable to offer delivery outside of the UK.

All goods are made to order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your orders to be shipped.

Periodically I will make small batches of products which will be listed as ready to ship, these orders will normally be shipped within 7 days.

Delivery charges will vary depending on the item, the larger the item to more it will be, some very large items will need a special courier to ensure it makes it to you safe and sound.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me and we will see if we can do anything to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

If however you would like to return an item please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and ship it back to me within 28 days of receiving the order.

You will need to cover the cost of return shipping, please use a tracked service and provide me with the tracking details. The item must be in its original condition, clean and unused, upon return.

I am unable to accept returns for:

• Made to measure items
• personalised orders
• sale items
• custom orders

Once I have received the returned item I will inspect it and if approved issue a refund within 7 days.
